bug#60477: 28.1.50; Doc of `call-process'

The doc of `call-process' says this about setting the DESTINATION
parameter to a buffer:

| If DESTINATION is a buffer, or t that stands for the current buffer,
| it means insert output in that buffer before point.

However it can also be the _name_ of a buffer. If no buffer with that
name exists, a new one will be created. It would be helpful if this was
mentioned in the doc string.

In GNU Emacs 28.1.50 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.33, cairo
version 1.17.4)
