The doc of `call-process' says this about setting the DESTINATION
parameter to a buffer:
| If DESTINATION is a buffer, or t that stands for the current buffer,
| it means insert output in that buffer before point.
However it can also be the _name_ of a buffer. If no buffer with that
name exists, a new one will be created. It would be helpful if this was
mentioned in the doc string.
