bug#62720: 29.0.60; Not easy at all to upgrade :core packages like Eglot

What would prevent us from upgrading Eglot on the release branch to
1.15, when that becomes available?  The Org folks already merge every
change on their stable branch to the Emacs release branch, right up to
the release date.
