Details:

AFter installing the last build of PSPPire for Windows
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2010-10-30/pspp-master-20101030-Setup.exe/download

and trying to launch. It doesn't start at all but crash immediately after
running psppire.exe. Installed default way in default folder.

Error message is "Runtime Error!" ..... the usual. 

Bug found in Win XP Sp3 32bit.
