PSPP-BUG: pspp installation

Hi,

I love the concept of what you're doing with pspp, but I'm just wondering if there's a simpler explanation of how to install the program - I'm reasonable with basic computer skills but this linux-esque stuff I just have no clue, and the install instructions aren't really that clear unless you know what you're talking about.

This seems to be the only way I can complete my thesis stats but I really can't afford to spend hours working out what the packages are/what else is needed and how to run each thing. I'm just googling every second word and getting frustrated...

I'm running mac OSX 10.6.8, and I haven't done anything to the computer relating to this kind of work, so I assume I need certain packages... I just don't know what they are.

Or if you know of someone who has compiled the data into an install file that would also be a huge help...
