PSPP-BUG: [bug #33248] Open Gnumeric files with GUI (PSPPIRE)

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #33248 (project pspp):

As users have often problems with importing and exporting spreadsheet data in
PSPP it might be a good idea to have an import and export window for Gnumeric
and ODS in the GUI under the File tab. This like the import for CSV files.

BTW as current versions of MSOffice are also able to handle the ODS format
this will be a great benefit for MSWindows users. 

The implementation can be an import and an export box in the "file" tab.  In
this box there can be a  sub box for the different formats.

A fancy box witch automatically fills the possible fields  would be nice, but
I guess a lot of users would already be happy with a box which makes it
possible to import and export the whole dataset to 1 spreadsheet or importing
the same.
