PSPP-BUG: Write protected volume

When I start PSPP I get this error message:

The disk cannot be written to because it is write protected.  Please remove the write protection from the volume SB X_FI GO! in drive F:.

This is because drive F: contains software for my headphones.  I don't want to write to drive F:, I'd prefer C: which is my main storage volume.  How can I solve this problem and redirect PSPP to C:?
