The actual problem with the file is that it specifies numeric formats
such as F41.0 and F60.0 when, as the SPSS manual states, the maximum
width of the F format is 40. That is what the warnings that you see are
pointing out.
The warnings should be harmless; you can ignore them.
To anyone with SPSS: does SPSS itself read this file without warnings?
If so, then I will make PSPP do so.
