Details:

When you import text from psppire, you can not select a number greater than
100 cases. This limit only affects the GUI, since from the terminal
(subcommand "IMPORTCASE=FIRST XXX") can choose any number within the total
cases in the file.

psppire 0.8.5-ge11477

Steps:
1. Open psppire
2. Select file|data import|test.csv
3. In the wizard: Only de first ... cases

result:
The maximum number is 100.
expected:
Any number (limited to max number of cases in the file)
