Details:

In the developers manual, Appendix B (System File Format), Section B.20 (Data
Record) under ZLIB compression:

There are multiple references to (ztrailer_ofs - 24) / 24-nomarkup+ as a
calculation for the number of compressed data blocks. I believe this should be
(ztrailer_len - 24) / 24-nomarkup+
