GNU diff utility for Windows

Hi,

we have downloaded gnu diffutils from ftp.gnu.org/gnu/diffutils,
and this works fine on Unix.
But we require diff utility which should work on windows NT, Windows 2000 
and Windows 98.
we have tried searching for a version of diffutils for windows but we 
cudn't find one.
could u please help us and give us the path for the windows version(if it 
exists)
