Dear Tar'sters,
Hi. I was wondering if there was some way for tar to tar up a
directory, only if some subfile therein needed to be tar'ed. That is,
if for example no files need to be tar'ed (perhaps due to a --newer
constraint), then no files nor directories would be tar'ed at all.
