Thanks for your bug report.  I believe that your bug is related to
find, which is in findutils rather than fileutils.  If so, what
version of find are you using.  "find --version" will give you the
answer.  There is an alpha release of findutils, 4.1.6, which does a
better job with internationalization than 4.1.  Using an alpha release
is a risk.  There are still a few internationalization issues which
need to be resolved.  The alpha release is available at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu
