Any plans to upgrade to 0.10.38?
In 1.13.20, src/Makefile.am has:
localedir = $(datadir)/locale
while intl/Makefile.in has:
datadir = $(prefix)/@DATADIRNAME@
localedir = $(datadir)/locale
which is not equivalent if someone specifies --datadir to configure.
The latest gettext fixes this.
