tar.exe for Windows platforms

To whom it may concern,

I have a TAR.exe for Windows NT v4.0 / Windows 2000 platform OS.

When started with the --version option, it reports "tar (GNU tar) 1.12".

I need to transfer file to an AIX/RS6000.

I need the ability to preserve the Directory & Filenames with case sensitivity
and the Creation Date & Time Stamps from Window to the AIX and back.

Would you please give us/me a command line option so we can do this?

OR can we get the source code so that we can add this for ourselves?
