The bug-binutils mailing list is for discussion of the GNU binutils.
You are not using the GNU binutils.  It's unlikely that anybody here
can help you.  I certainly can't.

It's possible that somebody on the gcc mailing list can help you.  But
I would say that your best bet, since this appears to be a problem
related to the MIPS assembler or linker, would be to talk to the
provider of your MIPS tools.
