Make error on HP-UX 10.20

Hi.... I am trying to install the bin-utilss 2.11.2 on an HP-UX10.20 system and
get the following error when attempting to use the make command....


# make
        make  all-recursive
Making all in po
        cd . \
          && CONFIG_FILES=Makefile CONFIG_HEADERS= /bin/sh ./config.status
Memory fault(coredump)
# creating Makefile
Make: Don't know how to make ../bfd/bfd.h.  Stop.
*** Error exit code 1

Stop.

I attach the Makefile that has been created after ./configure
