Thank you for your quick response.
By the way, I found TODO file says the following:
| diff should work with multibyte characters and non-monospaced fonts;
| for example, the --side-by-side option should line up even with mixed
| Kanji and Roman characters.
I made a patch for diff command with --side-by-side option to handle
multibyte character.
Would you please read this patch?
