diction-1.02: build failure on Apple Darwin (== MacOS X), and a simple fix

diction-1.02 failed to build on Apple Darwin (== MacOS X) because
config.{guess,sub} are out of date:

./configure && make all check install
checking build system type... configure: error: cannot guess build type; you 
must
specify one

The fix is fortunately very simple: replace the files config.{guess,sub}
with the latest versions from 

        ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/config

Once I did that, the build and installation completed normally.
