As I said before: If you want to create another team (be it for a new
dialect, or for an entire new language): The TP will happily accept
you.  Notice, however, that it is already a big effort to perform
localizations for one language - if you need to maintain multiple
translations, you can exhaust quickly. I'm sure Ahasuerus did not
write all those letters himself :-)

So I'd encourage you to work on a single language first; if you feel
that you then have extra energy, let's talk about additional teams
(OTOH, if more volunteers show up, more things can get done).
