Thanks for the update. But I prefer to update from a newer version of
the former URL. It sounds more official. With the second URL, I get
the feeling of looking at internal ISO working group documents that
are changing on a daily basis.

Anyway, we don't need to be that much on the bleeding edge for this
kind of standards. The most exotic language, viewed from Europe, that
has started to use GNU gettext is Luganda. It's quite some time until
we need to worry about Ido and Kanuri.
