Like pr.  Features so many that they are stepping on each other's
toes.   It can do everything except what I want (one long page with no
trailing blank lines, without knowing how long the file is
beforehand.)  Anyways, indeed, next time a newbie pulls the creeping
featureism, you should waft out say "man pr", and ask "do you want
your command to end up like this.  Ok, I will save my features for
personal entertainment.
