Note, the new uude-1 test wrongly fails on some platforms; I will have
to investigate.

  thus it is possible to unshar legacy shar files calling
  'compress -d'.

* shar: Don't offer '-Z' resp. '--compress' if the system doesn't
  support 'compress'.
