0.11.4: Ships macros with missing dependencies!!!

I *really* thought 0.11.4 was a bug fix :(

You now ship a macro named jm_AC_TYPE_UINTMAX_T which invokes
jm_AC_TYPE_UNSIGNED_LONG_LONG and you don't ship the later.  So guess
what: it fails.

*please* drop this silly 2.13 compatibility, as it keeps on making
more harm than good.  These macros have been dead for ages, replaced
by Autoconf 2.5x macros.
