gawk for OpenVMS7.3-1

Hi,

I place on my web page:
http://nchrem.tnw.tudelft.nl/openvms/software2.html#GAWK
a small patch, which I needed to compile gawk3.1.1 on my OpenVMS7.3-1 box.
The problem is that for this system getpgrp is defined in the CRTL-libraries.
