Hi!
First of all, thanks for the wonderful work!
Here's the problem:
Grep ends lines with LF (Hex 0A), instead of CR LF (Hex 0D 0A), as needed
for Windows.
In the Input file, the lines end with CR LF, in the output file - generated
via ">", the lines are only ended with LF.
