gettext 1.13.1: "make check" fails with --disable-libasprintf

When gettext 1.13.1 was configured with --disable-libasprintf,
"make check" fails with the following error:

libtool: link: cannot find the library 
`../../gettext-runtime/libasprintf/libasprintf.la'
FAIL: lang-c++
...

It seems this check should be skipped if gettext was configured with 
--disable-libasprintf .
