Hello,

 As of automake 1.8 gettext's install-exec hooks that currently use an
undocumented hack no longer work.  Here is a trivial update that fixes
them to use the official way that is long supported by automake (at least
back to 1.2).

        * gettext-tools/lib/Makefile.am (install-exec-am): Rename to...
        (install-exec-hook): ... this.
        * gettext-tools/lib/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
        * gettext-tools/src/Makefile.am (install-exec-am): Rename to...
        (install-exec-hook): ... this.
        * gettext-tools/lib/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
