can't compile gettext-0.17 on Mingw on Windows XP (using gcc-3.4.5)

HI Bruno,

When I compile gettext-0.17 on Mingw on Windows XP (using gcc-3.4.5),
I got the following error, but I have installed pthread in /mingw
