What software are you trying to compile?  You didn't say.  Unless you
tell us what you are trying to do it is impossible to help.  Searching
the web tells me that the EXOPC is a tablet and not a program.  Is
your tablet running Ubuntu 10.04?  What GNU software are you trying to
compile there?
