[Bug-gnubg] MDI interface

Hello,

To avoid too much moving, resizing and dragging of the windows in GNUbg.exe
. i suggest BGNbg could be
be implemented well as an MDI application ( Muli Document Interface ). All
the windows opened by the application
will show up in one main window.
