As it turned out, it only took 20 minutes to implement the indended
scheme. 

So, in the next build you can select manual rng, but still do rollous
without being prompted for the rolls. Of course, you can execute the
command "set rollout rng manual" (sorry, no gui widget yet) if you
insist doing a rollout with manual dice :-)
