The threshold should be interpreted with positive sign for the good
moves, and negative sign for the bad moves, i.e.,

Analysis thresholds:
  +0.040 very good
  +0.020 good
  -0.040 doubtful
  -0.080 bad
  -0.160 very bad

Did gnubg show correct signs earlier? Maybe something happened in the
clean-up of the settings menu.
