Yes, but I think there is a problem with UTF-8 format in the .mo files
I'm using. There was a posting on this in the wingimp mailing list a
couple of months ago. At least the Gimp under windows gets
internationalization, so it should not be imposible in gnubg either. 
(and the file dialog boxes get internationalization as well!)
