[Bug-gnubg] GNUbg for Windows - 020805 / Help Commands Window

Help... Commands

The shown window is not resizable, thus making it difficult to:
- close that Window (OK button is below the bottom of the screen)
- see all commands

Maybe make it resizable?
or change the width it opens?
(there are a couple of multiline command)
