I've adjusted the threshold to 0.25. Hopefully, this is suitable
threshold so "forced" or trivial cube decisions are not considered, but
high enough so people considering doubling way too early is punished.

I want to count positions where people are actually thinking about
doubling.

I define "close" as close cube decisions, missed doubles, and actual
cube decisions, so this will not occur.

In your example the number of "close" cube decisions is 1 and if you
make a 0.200 whopper, then you'll get the cube decision rating "almost
beginner" :-)
