I've managed to find the "bug". The SGG file has the following text for
move 15 in game 1:
15 22: 2/o(2), 4/2, 5/3
somehow gnubg doesn't like this, since "2/o(2)" is semi-illegal as there
is only one chequer on the deuce point. I manually changed the SGG file
to read:
15 22: 4/2, 2/o(2), 5/3
in which case the bug you described does not occur.
This bug was discovered last year, and should have been fixed. I'll look
into it.
