gnubg's behaviour seems to create quite a bit of confusion. maybe it
would be better to add a field saying "Undoubled equity: +x.yyy" with
a note underneath pointing out "Jacoby rule is used". then the other
equity numbers could be like they always are and everyone would be
happy.
