I had some patches (a long time ago) to add an option to the analyze
window which would only run analysis on marked errors. The idea was
that you analysed a game/match with some setting. You then change the
analysis settings and selected this option. Gnubg then re-analysed
only those mooves which had been flagged as doubtful or wors (only for
the current game . I think I could revive those patches fairly
easily. But I suspect that along with that, there would be a
significant demand f forhe often requested facility to select only
flagged moves for one player - a lot of people seem to want the next
'?' button to restrict itself to one side of the game listing.
