The settings of MoveFilters Analysis are used in Analysis and by Tutor (if
Set to Analysis).
The settings of MoveFilters Evaluation are used in Hint and by Tutor (if Set
to Evaluation), and by GNU Bg as player.

RollOuts at 0-Ply don't use move filters (obviously).
RollOuts at 1-Ply and up, use the movefilters as set in Analysis or
Evaluation.
