I think that's ideal, as long as it's not too much work for you making
all those builds.

If it gets to be a burden, I expect that most users using the
branch-0-13 code wouldn't really want anything more recent than the
latest "numbered" pre-release (e.g. 0.13.1, 0.13.2, etc., when they
arrive).  I imagine that we might get around to new feature pre-releases
(0.13.x, 0.14.x, ...) perhaps every couple of months, and maybe bug fixes
(0.13.1, 0.13.2, ...) every couple of weeks, so hopefully those builds
won't be too much work to provide.

Can anybody think of any bugs that should be fixed before making the
first 0.13 pre-release?  We can probably live with the bugs listed in
TODO for now; the GTK error closing the colour selector is annoying
but will presumably go away once GTK+ is updated; the freetype problem
is very annoying but it's not clear that we can do anything about it.
Are there any other bugs we can and should fix?
