That would have required actual coding, rather than simply adding a
couple of menu entries in a list. You can already go from pre-roll to
next pre-roll with Shift Page up/down, now you can go from post-roll
to post roll with Alt Page up/down. It's not automatic, I'll admit,
but I doubt it's worth the effort to make it that way.
The only things left would be going from one cube decision to the next
- I would have thought that there simply aren't enough cube offer/take
decisions in the average game to be worth catering for that.
