[Bug-gnubg] Display of Pos ID and Match ID

Hi,

A small bug: Sometimes the ID boxes above the board are not displayed.

After having just started GNUbg I can reproduce the following behaviour:

1. set 'Show Pos ID and Match ID above the board' in Options/Display  (my
saved setting is off)
-> confirmation message but nothing happens, see screenshot

2.a. unsetting the option and resetting again (2nd time)
-> board shrinks, ID boxes are displayed

2.b. maximizing (and restoring window)
-> board shrinks, ID boxes are displayed
