The levitating GNU is a very cool icon!

At first look it makes sense because people can have a format to include all
the things that they don't think to include, and it will save time asking
follow-ups just to get enough info to interpret the bug report.  It could
also help to answer the "I wonder if  they already know about this"

tracker. It's probably not the best in the world, but it looks OK.

We can add more fields, control the values in the drop downs, etc.

I'm interested in comments from both users and developers!
