Olivier or anyone else who can help,

>From the Terminal shell I'm trying to generate HTML from a texi file, but am
having problems, my log is listed below. Is it perhaps set to a different
version of makeinfo than what I need? Is there a problem with apostrophes
being non-straight, i.e. `gnubg' instead of 'gnubg'? I haven't downloaded or
installed anything, just trying to run with whatever is included within
Darwin on OS 10.2.3.

[Alef-Rosenbaums-Computer:/Applications/gnubg/doc] alef% makeinfo --html

[snip -- about 50 similar lines]
faq.texi:482: Unknown command `gnubg'.

./faq.texi:1: `Frequently Asked Questions' has no Up field.
makeinfo: Removing output file `/Applications/gnubg/doc/faq/index.html' due
to errors; use --force to preserve.
