formatting: yes
hyperlinking: yes
images: yes

OpenOffice is ok, but it's easier to work with plain ascii-files. Texi
does have everything we need. Take a look at the faq. The source file is
doc/faq.texi, The onesided html and the chapters are results of just one
command.
