Win32 build (changelog 1.1144) :

backgammon.h needs wininet.h (to find _max_path):
so maybe change:
(line 69 e.a.)

and bearoff.c complains about 'implicit definition of dirname'
We (win32 MinGW) don't have 'dirname' and config.h reads:
