[Bug-gnubg] GNUBg Win32 Build

Hi Nardy,

Couldn't get through to the bug report site, so I'm forwarding this to you, hoping you'll get it to the right place. The game file is attached. Move 32, GNU throws a 12 with a man on his ace and a man on his two, and only takes one off.

Also, GNU refused my offer to resign a normal game for three (as I recall) prior rolls, despite a clear win for GNU. I'm using the latest build from your site 030816 and Oystein's latest installation July 27.
