Good idea!

Let's see the reaction to the GammOnLine posting, and change the default!

I can also state my opinion here. I like the Jacobs and Trice table. Walter
Trice did a very good job when he developed that table, and later
simulations by Ian Shaw and Neil Kaz, verify that this is a good table.
