I think the printout could follow what I did for the python interface.
Globally print the default (once per match)
Per move, print only deviations from the default.
That way, in a typical usage where the rollout settings don't change at
all, you get a nicer export.
Variant: Always show number of trials.

Cube: 2-ply cubeful 33% speed
Can we not change it so that the parameters are only mentioned once at the
end of the export?
