I've also made a web based administration system for the web site:

It's protected by .htaccess, Just mail me if you want a password for 
this system.

(Guess what? The web administration system is also written from scratch, 
and it therefore not fully completed. I hope to get most of the 
functionallity in place in a couple of days ... or weeks.... ;-)
